Hi and thanks for taking time to consider me as your Realtor®. I am proud to be a Native Austinite and can boast of knowing Austin and surrounding areas like the back of my hand! Since growing up here, I have seen the changes from the “sleepy little Austin town” to now being achieving as one of the fasting growing city in the nation! My unique knowledge of the Austin Metroplex is an advantage to my clients to find your perfect home or investment property.
I bring to the real estate profession, over twenty years of experience in contract negotiations, project management, issue resolution, and pricing strategy. My experience has allowed me to develop strong negotiating skills and the ability to influence others to reach agreement. Real estate transactions involve one of the biggest financial investments most people experience in their lifetime. Home buying is not only a big financial commitment, but also an emotional one. It is, therefore, critical that the realtor you choose is both skilled and a good fit with your personality.
I graduated with honors from St. Edward’s University with a Bachelors of Art in Public Administration and a minor in Health Care Administration. I have been a licensed nurse for 40+ years, an Emergency Medical Technician for Travis County, the Star of Texas Livestock and Rodeo, and the State Special Olympics. I am proud to be a retired State of Texas employee and know how hard public servants work.
My husband and business partner, Steve and I live in North Austin with our 3 dogs. Our 3 grown children are successful entrepreneurs in Austin and blessed us with 9 fabulous Grandkids. Steve and I are active members of our Church and with the Celebration of Love, Soldiers of America (SOA) program. SOA is an outreach program that reaches more than 3,000 military families each year at Fort Hood Army Base at Killeen, Texas. The program provides Christmas outreach, Adopt-a-Soldier, on-site food and more. Steve and I are committed to give a portion of every commission to the SOA program to thank our Soldiers for their service.
I am the vice-chairperson of the Stoneridge Neighborhood Association and take pride in preserving the value of the homes in Stoneridge. I also volunteer for North Central Drive a Senior program where I conduct assessments for new clients and provide vital transportation.
I consider it a privilege and honor to assist in your purchase, sale, or rental of a Home or an investment in your near future. Give me a call or email me, and I will earn your business and trust! I look forward to serving you.
